Neverkept Releases New Single/Video + Signs To Epitath Records!

Up and coming pop punks, Neverkept, announced their signing to Epitaph Records by releasing a new single and music video titled “Complicated”. It is an emotional roller-coaster of a ride with perfectly placed scenes and acting that contrast incredible joy with intense heartbreak, light and darkness, and the pulse that lays just beneath the surface of everything.

Not only is this new track catchy, but the band continues to stand for more than just simply making music as the video seeks to be inclusive for all by breaking down stereotypes-something musicians should be doing more of. “Complicated” is the very embodiment of the word it borrows. It is a spark of genius with its Anthony Green-esque vocal melodies and bouncy riffs that are not just a reason to listen to this song, but to stick around for everything else this band is going to put out.

That’s at least one thing that isn't complicated.

“Longtime friends, Dorian Cooke (vocals), Jay Miller (guitar), Aaron Mong (guitar), Neale DiMento (bass), and Pete Adams (drums), founded Neverkept with the intention of doing something different from their previous projects, wanting to dig deeper into more mature lyrical themes and complex musical structures. Their mission is to sing about the parts of life that are often difficult to speak about, rupturing taboos around mental illness and other fraught social topics, while always keeping their eyes trained on hope. Today, the band move towards achieving their goals with their new single “Complicated,” which captures the simultaneous frustration and exhilaration of a relationship that always feels close to working but never quite does.” - Epitath Records

Neverkept will be joining Sleep On It on their Pride and Disastour that starts February 28 in Toronto, ON and finishes on March 29 in Chicago, IL.
