 Interview by Ben Rockwood

1.)Where is your band based out of?
Fredericksburg, Virginia
2.) How long have you been a band?
3 Years
3.) Who are your top three influences music wise?
Cody- Slipknot, August Burns Red, and Miss May I
Kyle- Green Day, Atreyu, Early AFI
4.) If you could join any band, what band would it be and what instrument would you play?
All: extra percussion for Slipknot
5.) What's your favorite venue that you've played so far?
Scott- It’s a toss-up between Shaka’s Live in Virginia Beach, or Baltimore Soundstage. Both venues have an amazing staff and sound systems, and each time we have played both venues it was an easy and amazing experience, and they made sure to take care of the bands playing.
Michael- The Canal Club has a special place in my heart because it was the first time I’d ever experienced a real venue, before that there wasn’t really any place for me at metal shows because I was too young.
6.) When it comes to your respective instrument, what's your preferred brand?
Scott- Shure Microphones
Cody- Pearl Kit, Ziljian Cymbals
Matt- Hofner
Michael- Schecter guitars with Semour Duncan pickups, Ernie Ball strings
Kyle- Anything with with EMG Pickups
7.) What are your top 3 albums of 2017?
Cody- False Idol by Veil of Maya, Dark Flag by Phinehas, Hikari by Oceans ate Alaska

Michael- The Black Album by Metallica, 2112 by Rush, Discovery by Born of Osiris
9.) What's your opinion on involving politics in music?
Kyle- I think it’s fine to have it influence your music, but if you’re not a political band it’s cheesy to throw your political opinion on stage.
10.) What advice do you have for somebody looking to start their own band?
Cody-Don’t let anyone stop you from living your dream.
Michael- Always try to serve the music, find like-minded people, and be genuine.
11.) What’s your dream tour package?
Cody- Veil of Maya, Born of Osiris, Sirens and Sailors, Oceans Ate Alaska, Fit for a King
Kyle- In Heart’s Wake, Slipknot, Lamb of God, A Day To Remember, Parkway Drive
12.) What are your feelings on this being Warped Tours last year?
Scott- I’ve met a lot of people and seen a lot of amazing bands at Warped, but I’m hopeful that after next year it will pave the way for more summer tours, so it’s definitely bittersweet.
Cody- Hoping for an amazing ending.
13.) McDonalds or Burger King?
McDonalds.
14.) How would you describe your hometown scene?
Scott- Could be amazing, but we’re in need of a proper venue.
Michael- Hardcore.
15.) What is the best show your band has ever played?
Matt- We played Baltimore Soundstage once. We sounded good, had a decent-sized crowd, and got very well-received. We put on a great show. We also played The Champ in Lemoyne, PA, which is kind of a spacey venue, and even if hardly anyone showed up there's something magical about watching three people in an empty room throw fists to your music.
Kyle- When we played with For Today, Like Moths to Flames, Vanna, and Phinehas at Canal Club.
16.) What label would you sign to if you had the choice?
Scott- Fearless
Cody- Sumerian
Matt- It all depends on the record deal.

We stretch, get another round of water, each have our individual pep talks, just getting hyped up to play.
19.) Any producers your dream of working with?
Cody- Jeremy Tremp
Matt- Jens Bogren, Steve Albini, Glenn Fricker
Kyle- Adam D of Killswitch Engage
20.) What does 2018 have in store for you? Any big announcements?
Keep your eyes peeled for us on the road.
