VICTORY RECORDS SOLD FOR $30 MILLION
After three decades releasing punk, hardcore, and rock albums, Tony Brummel has sold Victory Records along with his publishing catalog, Another Victory, to Concord.
Billboard estimates the deal to have been worth between $27 and $34 million. (Billboard further estimates that Victory earned roughly $4.5 million in yearly revenue).
Launched in 1989, Victory has sold more than 15 million albums and maintains an extensive catalog (including material from Taking Back Sunday, Snapcase, Between The Buried And Me, and Hatebreed, among countless others).
